German semi-trailer manufacturer Kässbohrer announced today that it has agreed with Belgium-based service provider EBTS Pro Assist N.V. to provide roadside assistance for Kässbohrer semi-trailers all across Europe. The agreement has come into force by September 1, 2016.
Accordingly, Kässbohrer users in need of assistance can call Kässbohrer Hotline as always by dialing 00 800 527 72 647 37 / 00 800 KÄSSBOHRER wherever they happen to be in Europe, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Kässbohrer’s roadside assistance now covers 27 countries from Ireland to Belarus, providing support in 17 national languages and technical assistance from 12,000 service points.
The partnership between Kässbohrer and EBTS Pro Assist, covers both assistance services as part of the manufacturer warranty and non-warranty services invoiced to customers.
Expanding Aftersales Services
As part of its market expansion all across Europe, Kässbohrer had launched its new after-sales service back in June this year, K-Advance Care.
K-Advance Care offers repair and maintenance packages which contain all regular maintenance services, the replacement of wear parts, tyre management, a breakdown service, and associated labour costs.
With this programme, semi-trailers are secured against potential damage caused by insufficient maintenance.
With the flexible K-Advance Care packages, Kässbohrer semi-trailer owners are given a full maintenance guarantee for a period of 24, 36, 48 or 60 months or for an annual mileage - ideally adjusted to the needs of its operator.
The K-Advance Care services covers 16 countries across Europe with more than 6,000 service points. The K-Advance Care users are offered assistance in 18 national languages.
