The rollout begins with the launch of the 24-hour repair service in the UK and Ireland. These two countries will be followed by Italy, France, Spain, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Germany and Austria – the biggest King Long markets – by the end of the year, as both companies announced today.

This decision was driven by the growth plans of the company and the steadily increasing number of customers following the expansion of the dealer network, which at the latest count has sold more than 4,000 King Long coaches in Europe. "We conducted undercover tests of breakdown services throughout Europe to ensure that we can offer our customers reliable, safe and rapid roadside assistance. Europe Net was the only company in a position to meet the high expectations. With the market leader in roadside assistance at our side, we can now offer our customers the very best mobility service, providing them with an all-round feeling of security. This is a powerful sales argument for our coaches", emphasises Christopher Cassar, Managing Director of King Long Europe UK Limited.

In the event of a breakdown, the King Long hotline can be reached free of charge on 00800 87825232. In order to support the dealer organisation in its day-to-day business, EuropeNet handles the entire administrative side of the breakdown assistance service.

ADAC TruckService's subsidiary Europe net provides roadside assistance in the commercial vehicle sector in 39 countries in Europe, and has years of experience and all the necessary know-how when it comes to roadside assistance.

King Long is a Chinese manufacturer and one of the world's biggest suppliers of coaches and urban buses. Founded in 1988, the company has a production capacity of 77,000 buses a year. The models produced specifically for the European market are sold through a Europe-wide dealer network.
