Kögel will offer its customers in many European countries its FullService package – optimally tailored to all Kögel vehicles and available as an option to companies in the forwarding industry. The low monthly fees enable forwarders to easily optimise their fixed costs and keep them manageable for up to six years. Intermittent maintenance work will be carried out by one of Kögel's 500 contract workshops in Germany or by one of its almost 400 additional contract workshops in Europe. This ensures that the value of Kögel semi-trailers and trailers is maintained. This service also minimises downtime and improves planning security.

The FullService package includes all service tasks required and recommended by Kögel, according to the maintenance check list, including any spares, wear parts and materials required to complete them. In addition, all repairs required due to wear and tear on vehicles under the contract are covered, on condition that they were used and deployed appropriately for their intended purpose. The offer excludes our optional additional services as well as wages, materials and auditing. In addition, Kögel will pay the inspection charges for the main investigation legally prescribed in the various regions and for the safety test carried out in cooperation with accredited test organisations. Individual FullService Package

The following services can be added: wear-based tyre service including the associated replacement costs; the cooling unit service for maintenance and repairs of the cooling unit in accordance with the contractual provisions of the cooling unit service; the calibration and repair of the temperature recorder and the cleaning of the evaporator along with the cooling unit leakage test are an optional component of the cooling unit service; the drop side and roller shutter door service for maintenance and repairs pursuant to the manufacturer's contractual regulations.
