This collaboration aims to simplify trade operations digitally and provide future-proof solutions for specialist dealers in multiple machinery sectors.
Kramp and Traser look back on a long-standing and successful partnership that has for many years provided specialist dealers in the agricultural, forestry and garden machinery sectors as well as the construction sector with reliable digital connectivity. Together, the partners create efficient solutions to automate business processes and optimise data flows.
The close cooperation between Kramp and Traser already enables dealers to connect their systems with Kramp in an optimal way. Thanks to the existing interface solutions for TRASER Software BC14, they already benefit from automated price updates, transparent stock levels and smooth ordering processes. With the introduction of interfaces for TRASER DMS365 from January 2026, the digital collaboration will be completed, faster and more secure. “Our long-standing partnership with Traser is based on trust, technical expertise and a shared goal: making the trade digitally simpler. With the new interfaces, we are laying the foundation for the modern technologies on which DMS365 is built – creating a future-proof solution for our customers,” explains Patrick Hermann, Managing Director of Kramp Germany.
Automatic Integration of Price Data
The Kramp price interface automatically imports current price data – including individual purchase prices – into the dealer’s DMS. The Dealer Management System (DMS) is the software used by companies to centrally control and link their most important business processes. Price updates are provided directly by Kramp at least once per quarter, ensuring that dealers are always up to date – without any manual effort.
The new Kramp online query ensures that orders only access items that are actually available in Kramp’s inventory. This effectively prevents failed orders and delivery delays – ensuring maximum planning reliability and customer satisfaction.
Direct Order Transfer
Via the Kramp order interface, orders can be transferred directly from the dealer’s own inventory management system to the Kramp shopping basket, or conversely, shopping baskets can be imported into the DMS. Duplicate entry of article numbers is eliminated – reducing errors and speeding up processes. Hermann adds: “We understand how important seamless processes are for our specialist dealers. This is why we consistently invest in digital solutions that save time, prevent mistakes and make working with Kramp as convenient as possible.”
Invoice processing will also become even easier in the future: through electronic invoice receipt, Kramp provides invoices in the appropriate format. They are automatically transmitted overnight to the dealer’s DMS and can be retrieved the following morning for quantity and value posting – paperless, fast and efficient.
A Strong Duo for the Digital Future
With the expanded interface solutions, Kramp and Traser are consistently continuing their successful partnership. “For us, the new functions mark another milestone on the path towards complete digital integration. This enables us to support our partners in remaining competitive and efficient in the future,” concludes Hermann.
