  • Leboulch, a JOSKIN brand, introduces the Galion bale trailer with a lowered floor height of 110 cm, the lowest on the market.

  • The trailer offers adaptable front and rear ladders with multiple positions to transport round and square bales and optional retractable side ladders.

  • Manufactured in Normandy, the trailer features durable 2K primer and paint coatings, with galvanized turntable and ladders for rust protection.

  • Safety is enhanced by dual-line air or hydraulic brakes with manual load adjustment and an automatic load-sensitive braking corrector.

The Galion bale trailer is now available in the line of machines offered by Leboulch, a brand of JOSKIN. Drawing on its extensive experience, the company developed this lowered, user-friendly model to meet user demand.

At the Sommet de l’élevage, an agricultural trade show in Clermont-Ferrand, which will take place from 6th to 9th October, Leboulch will present its new bale trailer: the Galion. Whether trailed or semi-mounted, with a width ranging from 6 to 11.7 m, it will meet all your needs.

Manufactured at the Leboulch factory in La Vieille-Lyre, Normandy, it features a lowered floor of 110 cm high—the lowest on the market—as well as front and rear ladders with multiple positions, allowing for the transport of both round and square bales and for adaptation to a variety of uses. In the rounded position, the ladders are 990 mm high, compared to 1,750 mm in the upright position. The Galion can also be equipped, as an option, with retractable side ladders with optional self-deploying extensions to cover a height of up to 367 cm.

Long-Lasting Protection

The trailer is painted in Leboulch's signature colours. First, it receives a coat of 2K primer immediately after shot blasting, followed by a finish coat of 2K paint with a hammered effect.

The turntable and ladders, meanwhile, are galvanised to ensure long-lasting protection against rust.

Secured Braking System

The Galion can be equipped with dual-line air or hydraulic brakes, which provide greater safety by locking the wheels when the user unhitches the trailer from the tractor. The braking system also allows you to manually adjust the load to one of 3 settings: "empty," "half-loaded" or "fully loaded." An automatic corrector, which calculates the vehicle's load, is also available to adjust the braking force according to the machine's inertia.
