Less weight, less maintenance, simple adjustment and unique performance for the new middle sized H series power harrow from Kverneland.

Kverneland is introducing the new H series rigid power harrow. It is an updated and evolved version of the NGH 101 series which has been improved following demands and requirements of professional farmers. Starting from the well known and reliable NGH 101 models, designers have been able to reduce the weight (less 65kg on 3m width) and increase strength of the horizontal transmission whilst keeping the interchangeability of the main components and integrations with all Kverneland seeders. Easier adjustments together with excellence field performance will make the new middle sized, H series power harrow a worldwide success.

The new H series has a new design of the horizontal frame which is already successful on the Kverneland F30 foldable power harrow. By using a double case box on the trough, it has been possible to increase its strength, making it self-supporting, without increasing the weight and keeping a clean and tidy design. Of course important features like the rotor distance of 25cm, the double conical bearing and the modular tine carrier have been kept. The headstock has been updated so that it is lighter and offers cat II & III linkage but still maintains standard predisposition for all types of seeders (integrated and via triangle).

A better centre of gravity point is an important improvement, as well as the reduced lifting capacity on the new H series compared to the NGH 101 model. On the H series, the working widths will be 3.0m, 3.5m and 4.0m.

The new Kverneland H series also has updated accessories including the packer roller, levelling bar and track eradicators. The focus has been on reducing maintenance and improving ergonomics on field adjustments. The side deflectors and roller brackets have also been modified with the aim of facilitating ergonomics and increasing component standardisation to maintain price competitiveness.

On the H series, the gearbox (up to 190hp) is the same as the one used on the NGH 101 and F30 due to high reliability and good features. The PTO shaft will be offered from a different brand. An improved tine shape and new anti-wearing material on the tines (as an option) will contribute to reducing the power requirements and saving fuel, and ensure longer working life, which saves costs.
