Linde Asia Customer Service Center and Global Spare Parts Center Opening Ceremony was successfully held

LindeAsiaCustomerServiceCenter and Global Spare Parts CenterOpening Ceremony was successfully held. Opening the Linde (China) GlobalSparePartsCenter is an important milestone in establishing Linde Material Handling’s second CustomerServicesCenter which will mainly serve the Asia Pacific region. With the new Spare Parts Center Linde(China) becomes the hub to supply spare parts for Linde products manufactured in Europe to the Asia Pacific region as well as spare parts for products manufactured at Linde (China) in Xiamen to Asia Pacific, Africa and South America. Besides, no matter where the customers are, Linde engineers are always pleased to offer solutions.

In his opening speech the Vice President Customer Services at Linde Material Handling, Mr. Massimiliano Sammartano said: “The new SparePartsCenter is an important step in expanding the worldwide service network of Linde Material Handling. It will increase spare parts availability and at the same time reduce delivery times. With Linde’s second CustomerServiceCenter evolving Linde will further enhance service quality and customer services solutions for our customers in the Asia Pacific region.”

After the tree planting ceremony held at Linde (China) headquarters in Xiamen city, Mr. Massimiliano Sammartano, Mr. Xie Dean and Mr. Jens Splittgerber, Vice President of Linde (China), the Service Director of Linde China Mr. Huang Yuanqing and Linde (China) CSC Manager Mr. Uwe Vetter were given a tour of the spare parts warehouse. It is operated by C&D Logistics, a logistics provider which also provides additional logistics services to Linde (China). All Linde guests attended the Ribbon Cutting Ceremony with General Manager of C&D Logistics Ms.Zhou Lili and Vice Manager Ms.Zhou Gengtao. After visiting the Linde spare parts warehouse, Linde and C&D made a discussion in-depth about the operation pattern and development strategy of Linde (China) GlobalSparePartsCenter.
