The Hamburg company presents a number of new fork lift trucks to the public at the LogiMAT 2012 in Stuttgart. Jungheinrich also shows various intelligent process solutions to trade visitors.

Jungheinrich presents its solution competence in Intralogistics at the LogiMAT in Stuttgart from 13th to 15th March 2012. A new Systems truck is the highlight and is presented to the public for the first time on the Jungheinrich Stand (Hall 9, Stand 120/121). This truck is an order picker / 3-way stacker, type EKX 410 with electric motor  – in short: a Kombi stacker. The truck, used exclusively in narrow aisles, can be used for stacking and retrieving whole pallets as well as for order picking individual articles.

Jungheinrich also exhibits its complete spectrum of fork lift trucks, among them a new electric counterbalance stacker type EFG 425-430. This truck seen for the first time at a trade fair is a powerful and at the same time energy-efficient and economical truck with up to 13 percent lower energy consumption compared with the previous truck generation. This new range supplements the previous electric stacker portfolio with two further 3 tonne capacity trucks.

Jungheinrich also introduces its “big” Hydrostat to the trade at the LogiMAT 2012. This is a counterbalance truck powered with a combustion engine. With the latest Common Rail Motor technology, it already fulfils the threshold values of Exhaust Emission Stage III b that will come into force from 2013, and it is currently the cleanest Diesel truck in its class. The Jungheinrich Hydrostat program is now complete with the introduction of the new combustion engine truck type VFG 540s-550s. Other trucks, such as the Reach Truck Range 2 shown at the CeMAT 2011, are part of the exhibition portfolio of Jungheinrich this year.

Visitors to the trade fair will also find a number of intelligent solutions on efficiency increases in warehousing processes around fork lift truck applications. Among them are primarily radio data transmission, the stacker guidance system and the Jungheinrich warehouse administration system WMS. With the Logistics Interface – also introduced in Stuttgart – visitors to the Stand can also experience the close communication between software and fork lift trucks. Services around topics such as material flow analysis, Rental and After Sales, complete the Jungheinrich show this year.

Jungheinrich also exhibits for the first time in the Software Hall of the LogiMAT (Hall 7, Stand 421). Together with the partner company ISA – Innovative System Solutions for Automation GmbH – where Jungheinrich holds a share, the Hamburg company presents its software innovations to the trade public. At this Stand, the trade visitor can order pick goods himself with a Jungheinrich order picker and follow the process live via the Jungheinrich WMS.

Jungheinrich ranks among the world’s leading companies in the material handling equipment, warehousing and material flow engineering sectors. The company is an intralogistics service and solution provider with manufacturing operations, which offers its customers a comprehensive range of forklift trucks, shelving systems, services and advice. Jungheinrich shares are traded on all German stock exchanges.
