AL-LIFT, a specialist for lifting and handling equipment in the logistics industry, is proud to present a range of AL-PACK MOBILE units on their booth D63, hall 7 at LogiMAT in Stuttgart. Instead of having the single truck mounted with a fixed lifting device, the storage workers now have pleasure of the detachable system on every truck in the stock area.

The AL-PACK MOBILE is very simple to use:

• Slide forks in the fork brackets

• Secure it to the truck by mounting the locking pins behind the back of the forks

• Activate the vacuum pump by pressing start

• Release mechanical arm brakes (one magnet brakes)

• Grip the vacuum suction head

• Position the suction cup on the load

• Use suction head to regulate height

• Release the load by engaging the valve to maximum

The AL-PACK MOBILE system is available in different versions:

AL-PACK MOBILE BAT – a unique quick attachable/detachable vacuum lifter inclusive of on board batteries for 3.5 hours’ continuous operation which makes the vacuum lifter independent of the energy source of the truck. AL-PACK MOBILE is similar but without battery. Both models are excellent for handling of heavy burdens up till 80 kg in warehouses etc.

All versions are equipped with a quick-change system which allows the change of vacuum cap (without using tools) in a few seconds (a wide assortment of standard suction cups for larger or smaller dimensions and weights are available from stock). Upon request the system can be operated by one or two hands. The articulated arm rotates 360 degrees and is ideal in areas with restricted space.

Should the lifting task call for an electric hoist, AL-LIFT offer the AL-PACK MOBILE UNO EL.
