Signode will display its successful range of SBM 2300 and 4300 strapping machines now manufactured exclusively in Europe. The machines are fast, up to 70 cycles per minute, easy to operate, highly reliable, have auto strap feed up and strap re-feed, are self-clearing and require no tools to access the machine. The SBM is available in versions for 5, 9 and 12mm PP strapping in semi-automatic and automatic modes.

The SBM range is available as small footprint machines for models 2000 and 4000 and also models with external strap dispenser for the 2300 and 4300 series. Fully automatic models with integrated conveyors etc. are available with a range of options to suit most customer applications.

Signode will also show its popular range of BXT battery powered strapping tools for PP and PET polyester strapping. The BXT range in various models can use 9 to 32 mm Polyester strapping and can apply, depending on the product and application tensions from 400 N up to 6.500 N.  The BXT range can be used in many applications is easy to use, can be operated in manual, semi-automatic and fully automatic modes and is completely mobile.

Böhl with Signode will be showing a new version of the popular TVP component packing line solution composed of a Bohl TVP Tray packaging machine which secures small components, spare parts as well as large items such as gearboxes and electrical motors onto customised corrugated trays with stretch film. After wrapping and being placed in a box for shipment the cartons are strapped using the fully automatic Signode SBM 4330 strapping machine. The packed boxes are automatically positioned in the SBM and strapped with the appropriate number of straps depending upon length and/or height.
