The hay and farming season is in full swing in eastern Montana as Lundberg Shop prepares for a busy summer.  As one of McCormick’s newest dealerships, Lundberg Shop started off the season just right by hosting its first RED POWER DAYS event.  With a full line of compact and agricultural tractors on display, they invited all of the surrounding farmers and ranchers to their dealership to showcase the new equipment.

Located in the small, friendly town of Canyon Creek, just outside of Helena, Montana, Lundberg Shop has made a name for itself as a full-service repair shop for all makes and models of agricultural and heavy equipment.  “We’ve built a reputation for ourselves in this area as a local one-stop repair shop for all sorts of machinery that surrounding ranchers use”, says Mike Lundberg, owner of Lundberg Shop.  “We pride ourselves on quality of service and personalized customer service.  That’s what the people around here want.”  Mike and his family have run the service shop for a number of years, and they decided to take on the McCormick tractor line in order to become a full-service farm equipment dealership able to meet the growing needs of their customers.

The RED POWER DAYS event was held at Lundberg Shop’s sales and service facility in Canyon Creek, Montana, on June 21st, 2015.  Designed as a cross between a customer appreciation day and a product showcase, RED POWER DAYS brought in a big crowd with big expectations.  “We invited everyone we knew to come out and see the new tractors from McCormick and get behind the wheel and drive these awesome machines, says Krista Lundberg, sales manager and Mike’s daughter.  “Out here, everyone knows each other, and we all help and support one another.  People are excited to have a local dealership and repair shop that they know they can trust and depend on.”

With a little support from the McCormick home office, Lundberg Shop put on one heck of a show.  Over 100 people attended to see the new tractors from McCormick, which include five new tractor series, and over 20 new models.  Multiple machines were on display around the yard with nearby lunch and refreshments.  In an adjacent pasture, customers were encouraged to get in and drive a number of different tractors.  “This is a big deal for us,” says Krista.  “It keeps us in touch with our customers, and it reminds them that Lundberg Shop is there for them with the right products and services to support their needs.”
