Lynch Increases Its Wacker Neuson Dumper Fleet to Over 400 Units

Following the purchase of 170 Wacker Neuson wheeled dumpers last year, national plant hirer L.Lynch Plant of Stanmore has now placed an order for a further 190 units as part of its mission to offer the most modern and reliable equipment available and also to satisfy a growing demand for the Austrian built machines.

The order includes 120 of Wacker Neuson's recently launched 6 tonne and 9 tonne capacity DW60 and DW90 swivel tip models which feature hydrostatic drive and fuel-efficient Perkins turbocharged diesel engines meeting the latest stage IIIB emission regulations.

In addition, Lynch specifies all its dumpers with Enigma telematic systems, green seat belt beacons and forward-facing cameras on all machines from 3 tonne capacity upwards for maximum on-site safety. Lynch has found that the fitment of the green beacons has proved highly successful in ensuring operators always remember to fasten their seat belts.

Commenting on this large order, Lynch's national operations manager Andy Burrows said: "We have enjoyed excellent service, support and reliability from our Wacker Neuson fleet since first purchasing machines from them in 2007 and so we had no hesitation in increasing the fleet with this latest order. It also helps that our customers really like the quality and performance of the product."

Mr. Burrows continued: "The machines have all been ordered via local Wacker Neuson dealer TJC Plant of Leighton Buzzard as we like to have just one point of contact. However, we have the benefit of access to the entire dealer network should any problems arise. Wacker Neuson promise a rapid response time, either at the customer's site or at any of our branch's, including new depots at Warrington and Dartford. This will help reduce our carbon footprint, improve efficiency and help us meet our 'Visions and Values' to be recognised by our customers as the best operated and self-drive plant hire and haulage company nationwide."
