THE NEW RANGE TURBOFARMER MODULAR COMPACT AND MEDIUM DUTY MERLO AWARDED WITH MACHINE OF THE YEAR AT SIMA

During the 2015 SIMA exhibition in Paris (one of the most important agricultural fairs in Europe), the jury of the competition for “Machine of the Year”, which is made up of 19 international journalists, awarded Merlo with Machine of the Year in the category handling and logistics for the new Turbofarmer Modular Medium Duty and Compact range.

Merlo presents its world premiere of the new family of telehandler, with modular chassis, which is designed to meet the needs of one of the most important sectors of the agricultural market. For the development of this range, the engineers of the Merlo Group started from scratch once again.
The new range of machines are composed of four models TF33.7, TF35.7, TF30.9, TF33.9. The new modular concept introduced by Merlo allows to obtain, from these four models, 16 different versions.

The features:

- Two widths: 2.24 m and 2.1 m
- Two heights: 2.25 m and 2.12 m
- « Low Profile » Versions: 2.0 m height with the same cabin (same ergonomics) 40 Km/h, tractor homologation

- The largest cabin in its category with hydropneumatic suspension CS - Patented to Merlo.
- 40 Km/h standard on the whole range
- 2 engines available: 75 HP and 122 HP without particulate filter and SCR
- Eco Power Drive system standard, to reduce fuel consumption by up to 18%
- Fan Drive

This award , already obtained in 2014 by the Turbofarmer II modular family, confirms the innovative spirit behind the success of Merlo products for over 50 years .
