Magni Telescopic Handlers announces Zhejiang Dingli Machinery Co. Ltd. purchase 20% of its shares by increase of capital and the creation of Dingli European R&D centre

Magni Telescopic Handlers was born in 2013 founded by the Magni Family. The Magni family has a long tradition in the design and construction of machines that started after the second world war . The experience of more of 30 years of Riccardo Magni, president of the company, in the telescopic handler design and construction, has made Magni Telescopic Handler the manufacturer of the widest range of rotating and heavy telescopic handlers with the highest technology. Zehjiang Dingli Machinery Company was founded by Mr. Xu Sughen in 1997 . Dingli is , today the largest producer of AWP products in China In March 2015 Dingli became the first List Company of AWP in China main board.

Dingli produces in three modern facilities with 200.000 square meters surface and a total investment in assets exceeding USD 86 million. Dingli and Magni TH in the new European R&D centre will make new studies and design a full range of telescopic and articulated aerial work platforms. This new range will incorporate new concepts in design to improve substantially the performance of this products with the ambition to be the best AWP on the market. Zhejinag Dingli will sell through its distribution network in China the full range of Magni TH products.
