Mahindra launches Arjun NOVO 4WD - the most technologically advanced 57 HP tractor

The technologically advanced and stylishly designed, Arjun NOVO, rolls out its all new 4WD variant
The variant is called Arjun NOVO 605 DI-I -4WD and will be available at attractive introductory price for a limited period of time. The new variant supersedes the category by offering technologically advanced and category defining features like:

As a part of the first anniversary celebrations of Mahindra’s technologically advanced tractor Arjun NOVO, Mahindra’s Farm Equipment Sector (FES) launched its latest variant - the Arjun NOVO 605 DI-I 4WD. The new variant carries forward the technological advancement of the Arjun NOVO and sets a benchmark in the 57HP category.

Like the previous variants of the Arjun NOVO, this too is built on the sturdy Arjun NOVO platform and is designed and developed in-house at Mahindra Research Valley, the company’s global research facility in Chennai. The Arjun NOVO 4WD is a step up from the existing benchmark that the company had set last year with the launch of the NOVO series. This new offering from Mahindra is in line with the organization’s vision of becoming the pioneer in providing technology driven farming solutions to the farmers across the country.

The features of the new Arjun Novo 4WD make it a winner in its category for multiple reasons. This variant offers a heavy duty 4WD axle that distributes equal amount of power to all 4 wheels of the tractor which allows it to tackle all kinds of terrain and work on all soil types and conditions. This variant is particularly suited for wet cultivation and offers a supreme level of mechanization when used with agriculture implements like Tractor Mounted Combined Harvester, Gyrovator, Dozer, and Loader, Primary Tillage and Haulage applications. Another noteworthy aspect of this variant is the synchro-shuttle feature that has been designed and built in especially keeping the farmer’s comfort in mind as it offers quick forward and reverse movements. A single hand operated lever can easily reverse the tractor at the same speed. With 30 speed (15 Forward + 15 Reverse) options, it already sets a benchmark within the category with a range from of 1.7 kmph to 33.5 kmph. The new tractor with its many features will be useful for a wide range of applications - harvesting, straw reaping, puddling, haulage, agricultural material handling, amongst others.

Like the Arjun NOVO, this variant has been developed specifically keeping in mind the requirements of the 50- 60 HP segment. The 4 Cylinder Mahindra engine delivers high torque & power with minimum RPM drop in all application and soil conditions. Its highly advanced full synchromesh side shift transmission makes any agricultural application easy. Its best in class lift capacity (2200 kgs) and precision hydraulic systems makes it suitable for numerous farming and haulage operations. The tractor comes with an ergonomically designed operator station, flat platform & car like suspended pedals giving complete operator comfort facilitating long working hours. Low maintenance- longer service interval and best in class fuel efficiency in the category are some of the key highlights of this technologically advanced tractor.
