Main technological innovations for agriculture will be at Agrishow 2022

During 5 days, hundreds of exhibitors will present new releases, so that thousands of rural producers can get to know in person the new technologies that guarantee greater agricultural productivity with lower costs

From April 25th to 29th, in Ribeirão Preto, interior of São Paulo, the 27th Agrishow - International Fair of Agricultural Technology in Action will take place in person. With the participation of more than 800 brands from Brazil and abroad, the fair will bring together the production chain of the national agro to present the main technological innovations of the sector, in order to meet all the demands of the rural producer and, at the same time, increase the competitiveness of the segment.

For Francisco Matturro, president of Agrishow 2022, the fair represents everything that is innovative and modern for the small, medium, and large farmers. "As the industries have maintained their operations in the field, their sales, and their development over these last three years, this edition will have many launches.
In addition, the event enables a very rich exchange of knowledge between farmers and the agribusiness chain”.

In this sense, the organization of Agrishow 2022 is preparing many new features, such as Agrishow Labs, a journey of strategic content, focused on the agricultural innovation ecosystem to connect, disseminate ideas, support and accelerate the development of solutions that help agribusiness grow sustainably. During the event, there will be a space dedicated to the project and there will also be the Agrishow Startups Award, with the aim of rewarding three startups
that present the best solutions for agribusiness.

The Innovation Pavilion represents an opportunity for ten other startups to interact with rural producers. In their lounges, the startups will present their solutions and technological innovations to contribute to farm activities.

Two new areas should also attract the attention of rural producers. In the lane for autonomous trucks, they will be able to learn about the models that are available in the market, understand their functionalities and benefits in the transportation of food through the country's highways to ports, warehouses, distribution centers and processing industries.

Another interesting space will be the Agrishow Pra Elas, a meeting point for women at the fair. In addition, the agro public will also have access to various contents that will be broadcast over the Internet during and after the event through the Estúdio Agrishow Digital.

With 520 thousand m2 of area, Agrishow 2022 expects to receive more than 150 thousand visitors from Brazil and abroad. Business expectations are positive for this edition. In 2019, the volume reached BRL 2.9 billion. The event will strictly follow the guidelines of the competent bodies in relation to sanitary protocols. In this edition, the fair should generate about 5 thousand direct and indirect jobs.
