NEW ATTACHMENTS FOR AGRICULTURAL AND FORESTRY ACTIVITIES
Manitou Group expands its range of attachments with three new products designed to meet the needs of agricultural and landscape maintenance professionals. Designed for loading bulk materials (sand, gravel, grain, fertilizer or seed), BBF buckets make it easy to fill big-bags while limiting material losses. Thanks to their adjustable hydraulic flap, users can precisely control the outlet flow for smooth, clean filling. Each model (BBF 1200/600, 1400/1100 and 1650/1750) offers a capacity adapted to bag size and operational requirements: 600, 1,120 or 1,750 liters. The buckets feature a reversible blade that can be easily turned or replaced when worn. These attachments offer both robustness and durability. The result is a versatile, precise and cost-effective attachment designed to optimize the daily work of farmers.

PRODUCTION LAUNCH OF THE NEW MLT NEWAG RANGE
Manitou Group announces the production launch of the new MLT NewAg range of telehandler models. Fourteen models, offering lifting heights from 6 to 9 meters and capacities from 3 to 4.2 tons for enhanced performance. The boom has been harmonized with certain models in the MLT NewAg XL range, gaining in robustness with an insulated compensating cylinder and the possibility of integrating new options such as automatic centralized lubrication. The models also benefit from new LED work lights, replacing halogen versions, as well as wider mudguards, with the exception of the compact models.
These models are always distinguished by their high-visibility roof grills and easy access to the driver’s cab. Comfort has also been enhanced with new features: intelligent SCS counting system (to count the number of buckets filled or emptied), 7» wide screen, enlarged armrest, etc. Heating and air conditioning systems have been revised to adapt to changing outside temperatures.
The MLT 733 and MLT 937 models feature a more accessible configuration, including the 5’’ Harmony display, offering an economical and versatile solution for applications such as bale
storage, mixer loading or big bag handling. To benefit from the Vision screen and more advanced functions, farmers can opt for the MLT 738 or MLT 940 models. The new MLT 738 and MLT 742, replacements for the MLT 737 and MLT 741 respectively, complete the range with even greater performance and comfort.
With this evolution, users benefit from even more efficient and comfortable machines, adapted in particular to the needs of livestock farmers. The first deliveries to Europe are currently underway, followed by deployment in North America and Australia.

MLT 625 E: MANITOU’S FIRST ELECTRIC TELEHANDLER FOR AGRICULTURE
The MLT 625e compact telehandler is Manitou’s first electric machine for the agricultural market. Equipped with a 35 kWh
lithium-ion battery, it offers a range of 5 hours on a typical duty cycle*. The absence of pollutant emissions makes it an ideal solution for indoor environments such as livestock buildings or greenhouses, while reducing noise pollution and improving operator and animal comfort. Thanks to its compatibility with all the attachments of the diesel version, it can be used for a wide range of agricultural applications, from loading to handling bales or pallets.
* 65% handling, 15% loading, 10% moving and 10% idling
Another advantage of the MLT 625 e is the 30% reduction in the amount of hydraulic oil used, made possible by two innovations: a 100% electric transmission that eliminates the need to use hydraulics for transmission (unlike the hydrostatic internal combustion version), and the integration of an anti-emulsion filter in the hydraulic oil tank to optimize the volume required. This design helps to simplify maintenance, which is already reduced as a result of the small number of components to be serviced. Delivered in Europe since October, this model marks the launch of a new generation of electric models within Manitou Group.

GEHL V230: COMPACT PERFORMANCE FOR DEMANDING ENVIRONMENTS
The V230 embodies the new generation of compact loaders, designed to offer power, comfort and adaptability to any terrain. With its 68 hp engine and 1,043 kg operating capacity, it combines performance and maneuverability. Its 106-liter fuel tank guarantees extended autonomy for intensive daily use. On the hydraulic side, the V230 boasts 44% more power (89 L/min at 240 bar), making it easy to power all types of attachments.
Designed for comfort and safety, it introduces several new options: the reversible fan for optimum engine cooling at all times, even in dusty environments. It also features a folding door, which can be opened or closed according to weather conditions. Last but not least, its Level 2 FOPS protection means it can operate without compromising safety if an object falls on the cab. GEHL’s loader ranges are also represented by the AL 430 and AL 550 articulated models at Agritechnica.
AN AWARD-WINNING WEIGHING SOLUTION
The Smart Weighing System (SWS), developed by Manitou Group in collaboration with users and animal feed specialists, is an intelligent weighing system recently awarded the Innov’Space prize (France) for innovation in agricultural performance.
Integrated directly on Manitou machines, the SWS combines productivity, connectivity and ergonomics: it enables dynamic, rapid and precise weighing, without prior calibration and throughout the load chart, while providing data monitoring with business dashboards via the myMANITOU application (machine indicators, location, consumption, alerts, documentation). With an accuracy of +/- 2%, SWS optimizes ration management, load control and inventory tracking, reducing both costs and environmental impact. This award illustrates Manitou Group’s capacity for innovation in the service of its customers and sustainable agriculture. At Agritechnica, a 3D simulator will be available at the Manitou Group stand to give all visitors the opportunity to test this innovation.
