Under the theme “Complete Lifting Solutions. Trusted Every Day,” the Company will demonstrate how it is helping customers improve productivity, maximize uptime, and achieve greater lifecycle value by delivering complete lifting solutions.
The Company’s booth will be a hive of activity throughout the exhibition, with major product announcements, educational sessions, customer celebrations, and industry forums. In one session the Company will announce full details of a major new Potain luffing jib crane, together with an exclusive preview of a next-generation, high-capacity flat-top crane planned for 2027.
“At this year’s bauma CHINA 2026 we will show how emerging markets are playing a critical role in Manitowoc’s global business. As customer requirements evolve, lifting solutions must extend beyond the crane to include responsive service, parts support, energy solutions, technical expertise, and lifecycle support. That’s why we’re exhibiting at bauma CHINA 2026 under the theme “Complete Lifting Solutions. Trusted Every Day”, said Brian Wang, president of Emerging Markets at Manitowoc.
On November 26, the Company will host a major Industry Forum at its booth, bringing together Manitowoc leadership, dealers, rental companies, and customers to discuss economic trends, urbanization, infrastructure investment, sustainability demands, and workforce challenges. The hour-long event will highlight how Manitowoc is helping customers expand their operations into more emerging markets through high-performance cranes, leading edge technologies, and world-class product support.
Lifecycle support solutions take center stage
Aftermarket support for cranes is an increasingly important aspect of ownership, as construction companies prioritize operational efficiency, greener jobsites, and lifecycle value. Expectations continue to grow beyond crane performance, and fleet owners and contractors increasingly rely on responsive service, available parts, operational support, and lifecycle solutions to maximize uptime and efficiency.
On the booth will be a host of products and technologies dedicated to aftermarket support and helping customers maximize return on investment for their crane. These include Potain Power Solutions, which bring greater efficiency, consistency, and environmental care to tower crane operations. There will also be a range of digital and intelligent jobsite technologies, including the new ECS (Ergo Control System), plus anti-collision technologies, cameras, and monitoring systems. All reflect Manitowoc's continued focus on operational efficiency and intelligent equipment management.
Elsewhere, the newly developed Potain K1000A mast will be shown – a 3.45 m x 3.45 m heavy-duty mast that’s perfect for the popular Potain MCT 2205 and will also suit one of the upcoming high-capacity cranes to be announced at bauma China. It works as an alternative to the 4 m x 4 m mast sections currently offered on heavy-duty tower cranes from Potain.
Through new crane innovations, intelligent technologies, energy solutions, and comprehensive aftermarket support, Manitowoc's presence at bauma CHINA 2026 will demonstrate how the Company continues to evolve as a trusted partner across the entire lifting lifecycle. Visitors to the booth will gain insight into the future of lifting and the solutions designed to help them operate more safely, efficiently, and profitably.
Manitowoc is located at Booth A.38 at bauma CHINA 2026, which takes place from November 24-27, 2026 at the Shanghai New International Expo Center.
