Metso introduces PREMIER and COMPACT screens to offer the right solution for every application

All our customers have a common goal to achieve the lowest total cost of ownership and maximize profitability; however they have different challenges and constraints so the right solution to achieve maximum profitability varies from operation to operation.

Metso is introducing two new screening product ranges; Metso PREMIER Screens(TM) and Metso COMPACT Screens(TM), which are grouped by design features and capabilities to serve different customer's unique needs.

Differentiated design features matched to different customer profiles

Metso PREMIER Screen (TM) range includes the CVB (TM) incline, circular motion screen; the ES (TM) horizontal, elliptical motion screen; and the TS(TM) multi-slope, variable motion screen.  These screens have long been Metso's flagship vibrating products, delivering unmatched results for our customers. Metso PREMIER Screens are fully configurable, designed to incorporate any type of screening media for maximum operational flexibility while achieving safe and simple maintenance.  These screens appeal to customers that rank operational availability and application flexibility as the primary concern to achieve low OPEX in high cost markets to secure the lowest cost of ownership over the long term.

Metso COMPACT Screen(TM) range includes machines that have been incorporated with our mobile crushing and screening plants, but are now available for single unit sales and use in stationary plants. These screens, including the CVB-M(TM) inclined screen with circular motion and the FS(TM) horizontal screen with elliptical motion, have a long history of utilization on Lokotrack® mobile plants and Nordberg® NW Series(TM) portable plants. In addition to the CVB-M(TM) and the FS(TM), the DF(TM) banana screen with linear motion will be offered for primary screening.  The Metso COMPACT screens include carefully selected features in a standard configuration for easy, reliable and safe operation.   The predominant design characteristic that allows the COMPACT screens to be economical in terms of both size and price is the configuration for side tension screening media (wire or synthetic). These screens serve operations that need to minimize capital investment and get quickly into operation to generate revenue.
