MobiVip Smart

MobiVip Smart is an app allowing the distributors’ sales division to efficiently monitor its activity. For the sales team, it is a real CRM tool that allows customers and prospects management: it lets them know about late and coming contacts, allows activity tracking, business and late payments monitoring and communicates to the stock of new or second-hand equipment. For the management, it means that the database will be kept up to date, and the ability to analyse the activity of the service.

The salespeople enter their reports and qualify the clients and prospects file (interlocutors, clients assets...), update it, save their new deals, the purchasing intention of their contacts, plan the actions to come. For the management, it’s a prospective tool: analyses on cross-referenced data are integrated: clients, prospects and machinery fleet with statistics represented as histograms give a good visibility of their department: analyses of gained or lost deals, study of the competition.

MobiVip Smart was developed natively (java, SQL light data) to optimize performance. The embedded software and data allow off-line operations for more salesperson autonomy. Synchronization with the central site is made using Wifi and 3G / Internet, http protocol, and Web Services technology. For data security, SSL (https) protocol (encrypted data including the managing of specific certificates) is integrated.

MobiVip Smart values the salesperson, improves the tracking of the deals portfolio, strengthens the relationship between the seller and the company and allows better control of the commercial activity. MobiVipSmart allows immediate access to all of its customers prospects, up to several thousands of them: coordinates, contacts, deals, clients assets, reports history ... Emails, texts and phone calls can all be directly monitored from the client and prospect file.

MobiVip Smart integrates colour codes that alert on the obsolescence risk concerning the information and encourage the salesperson to update it. A mandatory synchronization frequency is configurable to have the assurance of an up-to-date database. MobiVip Smart allows a client's debt/N and N-1 turnover analysis and the weighting of the deals’ successes compared to the salesperson’s history. The Smartphone truly becomes a pocket computer, accelerating productivity.

MobiVIP Smart is available on Smartphone: a tool acclaimed by all salespeople. For a good visibility, the type of clients and prospects, their indexing, their solvability, the decisional level of the interlocutors, the deals’ success probability and their advancement stage are indicated using pictograms. The qualification of every sheet or request is facilitated.

Data security: the updated information is transferred to the central site at each synchronization.

MobiVIP Smart is a mobility tool, dedicated to the management and salespeople, it allows for a better monitoring control of the sales service’s activity and of its planning, it reduces unproductive travels and contributes to building a no-paper company: visit reports, activity reports, prospective and analyzes are directly managed and available from the Smartphone.
