MOLDTECH. Concrete buckets 2 m3 capacity in Portugal and delivers parapet moulds to Romania

Moldtech has recently delivered 2 concrete buckets with 2m3 capacity for an important manufacturer of precast concrete elements in Portugal.
The client, who already had equipment supplied by Moldtech in the past, ordered these two buckets at the beginning of the year in order to renew some of the equipment of its plant in central Portugal.
These concrete buckets include all standard features of Moldtech skips, such as opening/closing of the discharge gate by means of hydraulic cylinders and autonomous power supply by batteries.
The hydraulic pump, electrical panel and batteries are easily accessible, and the hydraulic discharge gate is activated by remote control with cable.
Besides the lifting hook, these buckets are also built with lower pockets to allow being lifted with a forklift.
More and more companies in Portugal are entrusting Moldtech to build and install high quality equipment for precast concrete elements production. 

Mid 2019 Moldtech signed a large contract for the supply of equipment for precast concrete in relation to the construction of bridges in Romania.  Last week it completed the supply of the parapet moulds.
The parapets are considered as a so-called “third grade” elements from a structural point of view but are a necessary element to be in place before pouring the compression concrete on the deck floor as these parapet elements perform the function of a lateral shutter.
These parapets are also useful as an element which anchors the acoustic and safety/protection panels.
