Multi-Tank-Management with the iXter-iXtra Sprayer Combination

The Kverneland Multi-Tank-System gives you the possibility of variation between your iXtra Pro front tank and iXter rear tank. The iXtra Pro gives you so much more than only extra volume.

 

Multi-Tank-Management System

The Multi-Tank-Management system gives you more flexibility while spraying:

- One-tank approach: filled with spray liquid it boosts overall tank capacity by 60%

- Two-tank approach: filled with two different tank mixes, the front and rear tanks can be used as two independent spray tanks

- Reservoir approach: filled with clean water the iXtra front tank can be used as a reservoir for alter use, for example in another field or crop.

Both tanks have their own clean water reservoir and independent tank rinsing systems. All spraying and rinsing operations can be carried out from the tractor cab.

 

iXter-iXtra Combination

The iXtra Pro front tank adds capacity, flexibility and efficiency to the iXter mounted sprayer. This combination provides a total volume of around 3000 litres, making the iXter-iXtra combination a serious alternative to a self-propelled sprayer. With tractors able to carry much higher loads on their rear linkages, the need for ballast weight on the front of the tractor is essential. The iXtra is adding stability to your tractor and at the same time increasing the spraying job enormously!

 

 

iXclean Pro – Always 100% Clean

iXclean Pro means full electrical valve management on ISOBUS sprayers. After spraying on the field you can press one button on the sprayer – or simply push the button on the IsoMatch Tellus in your tractor cabin and a multi-step rinsing and cleaning process starts for the selected tank. This means that iXclean Pro automatically rinses all hoses, tanks, boom and pump within five to ten minutes. So you can be sure that the iXter-iXtra combination is cleaned quickly, efficient and without any risk of failures.

 

The Multi-Tank-Management system with independent fillings offers the possibility to work with two separate spray tanks or cleverly, as one large sprayer with automatic balancing of tank content. If needed, spray liquid can be transferred in both directions. In combination with the IsoMatch Tellus in your tractor cab, you maintain a perfect overview of the front and rear sprayer. The top screen displays both sprayers, while the bottom screen keeps the field overview.
