New attachment SCREEN for SKID STEER, WHEEL LOADERS and TRACTORS

The new Screen type HSS800 is the latest development in the field of attachment screens from HARTL.

Specially developed for skid steer, wheel loaders and tractors, it is easy, flexible, and fast to attach and transforms the respective carrier device to a mobile screening plant, which is mostly used for the screening of building debris, classification of aggregates or qualification of mother floors.

During the development, the final boundaries between design, functionality, user-friendliness and maximum performance were blown. Complex components were completely avoided here, and through the use of state-of-the-art engineering tools the sieving capacity was optimized to the maximum while at the same time minimizing the wear.

Development engineer Georg Haberfellner describes: "The unique and robust shape of the sieve frame reduces the force for picking up the material, which saves the carrier device used. But the highlight is the capacity of 600 liters. This is only possible by a smart hopper and inlet area, also known from the HCS series, in this compact design. Constant feeding and even more throughput result from this. "

The new HSS800 has a total weight of only 600kg and a considerable screen area of 1.7m²! The screen baskets are made of HARDOX and the mesh widths can be selected according to customer demand and application requirements. Thus, one can counteract the rising landfill costs economically and separate the material immediately on site and reuse it. Significant cost savings also result from the reduction of transport, logistics and procurement costs. A quick "return on investment" is therefore given and the user is at the same time also happy to protect the environment in a sustainable manner.
