New BBA Pumps products at bauma 2016

During the bauma international trade fair 2016 BBA Pumps will display the recently launched dewatering units. The line-up consists of new 4", 8", 12" and 20" pump units. The main focus went to the reduction of the carbon footprint. All units are standardized on the cleanest highly regulated diesel engines to comply to the stringent European emission legislations.

4" unit: BA100K D193 - 190 m³/h (836 US GPM) and a max. head of 22 mwc (73 ft.)

• The first single-cylinder pumpset with DPF/DOC aftertreatment technology

• Low fuel consumption: the BA100K can pump 110 m³ water per litre of fuel

• DriveOn® technology for 1500 hours extended service interval and 25% savings on oil

• Solids handling up to 82 mm for perfect sewage and dewatering conditions

8ʺ unit: BA180E D315 - 720 m3/h (3150 US GPM) and a max. head of 41 mwc (135 ft.)

• New 4-cylinder Perkins engine with DPF/DOC aftertreatment technology

• Super silent and lightweight canopy with small outside dimensions

• High-end LC30 control panel - support in 10 languages

• - Wear plate is adjustable and provided with cutter slots for pumping raw sewage

12" unit: BA300E D328 - 1250 m3/h (5500 US GPM) and a max. head of 19 mwc (63 ft.)

• New 4-cylinder Perkins engine with DPF/DOC aftertreatment technology

• Standard large vacuum pump MP100 with a capacity of 100 m³/h

• Sound attenuated canopy with a small footprint: total length 3100 mm and width 1050 mm

• Solids handling 120 x 105 mm for perfect sewage and dewatering conditions

20" unit: BA-C500S11 D711 - 5500 m3/h (24200 US GPM) and a max. head of 37 mwc (122 ft.)

• New cleanest diesel engine in its class – Volvo Penta TAD1374VE with AdBlue aftertreatment

• Pump efficiency up to 85%, excellent NPSHr curve

• Lightweight unit (max. 10.800 kg) with the outside dimensions for transport in 20 ft. container
