The company’s new website continues this tradition by providing customers with easier access to tools and product information they need to make their jobs easier.
The most innovative tool debuting with the new website is HDD Advisor™, an industry-first Web-based tool that enables customers to quickly determine the right tooling configuration for their Ditch Witch or Vermeer® directional drill string—everything from the drill pipe to the saver sub to the backreamer. A powerful new time- and money-saving tool, HDD Advisor is among other interactive features available through the website’s new Quick Tools page.
The new website showcases a new myDitchWitch customer portal that serves as an access point to Parts Lookup, Quick Tools and HDD Advisor, and also allows customers to set their dealer preference, manage their account profile, and more.
Ditch Witch dealer information is more prominent on the new website. A My Dealer button on the main navigation page automatically brings up local dealer contact information, a link to a targeted dealer page with special offers and new product information, and a link to the dealer’s website.
Key features on each product page are now highlighted and divided into categories for easier viewing, and the new site also simplifies viewing, downloading and printing product literature and catalogs. The new website design is responsive allowing it to conform to desktop, laptop and mobile communication devices, improving user experience.
To strengthen the company’s commitment to international customers and dealers, the site is available in English, Spanish, French, German, Russian, Brazilian Portuguese, Italian, Polish, and Swedish.
