To speed up managerial decision-making, Takeuchi Japan have strived to renew our ERP system over recent years.
In September 2013, accounting system package "SuperStream" started working. A portal site "Takeuchi Service Center" that provides Takeuchi product prices and delivery information, and an online warranty claim system "Technical Inquiries" that collects, shares, and analyzes product quality information in market, both started operation in the following November for overseas
subsidiaries and distributors.
"MCFrame", core system of production control, sales, and cost management finally began working since January 2015.
We are pleased to announce that our entire ERP system is in full operation. Now we are able to collect and analyze sales information, production information, and financial information as one integrated information in timely manner.
We strongly believe our new ERP system will contribute to quick managerial decision-making as well as effective streamline operations.
