New high-flow swivel for powerful add-ons

Excavators are now equipped with increasingly flow-demanding add-on equipment. This places the tiltrotator under entirely new demands. engcon has solved this problem by producing an optional high-flow swivel, designed for allowing extremely high flows.

Tests have shown that an engcon tilt rotator with this swivel can withstand high flows without any noticeable loss in power or heat generation.

In practice, taking all factors into account all factors and provided the excavator can supply enough oil, a flow of 150 litres a minute is guaranteed. This is enough to power a ground compactor or grass cutter through the tiltrotator’s extra outlet.
