New hopper sizes for ZA-V and ZA-TS

S 2600 hopper extension and new ladders

A new narrow base hopper extension with a total volume of the spreader of 2,600 l is available for the ZA-TS and ZA-V. This narrow hopper features a filling width of 2.22 m and can still easily be filled via a front end loader. With this hopper the spreader has a total width of 2.58 m and thus does not protrude beyond the tractor. Despite the large volume of 2,600 l, the spreader remains very compact.

The welded, one-piece design of the hopper extension provides a huge strength at a simultaneously low nett weight. Another advantage of the one-piece extension is the absolutely smooth internal sides. For the safe climbing in and out the hopper the extension features internal steps both left and right hand. The sight glass windows on the front and rear sides of the hopper provide an excellent view of inside.

To ensure optimum access from the outside of the hopper, a ladder is provided as standard for all wide L base hopper extensions. A ladder is now also available for the narrower S hopper extensions as well and, on the S 2600 option, this is also provided as standard.

New bolt-on extensions

For a subsequent increase in hopper capacity for the ZA-V and ZA-TS, AMAZONE offers for both the S and L base machines a suitable bolt-on extension. The volume of the extension is 600 l for S hoppers and 800 l for L hoppers. Needless to say, the roll-over cover can be fitted on to these extensions.

So the spreader can simply grow together with the farm or the size of the husbandry tractor of the farmer.
