New Kverneland metering device

Kverneland Group presents the new generation of metering devices for pneumatic driven seed drills. The metering device offers a wide output range from 1- 360 kg/ ha. The integrated electric drive is the basis for a step less adjustable dosing and requires no extra gear to cover the whole range of seed output. With the tool less change of different rotors the design of the dosing unit is able to cope with a small seed like rape or grass and cereals up to big seeds like horse beans and non-liquid fertilizer. The rotors are made of flexible material in order to avoid blockages caused by foreign materials within the seed. The electronic recognizes the proper rotor to avoid an operating error when changing the seed. Low power consumption in combination with simple calibration process ensures optimized user friendliness.
