New markets: Carer electric forklift trucks land in Turkey

Carer lands in Turkey through an agreement with a new dealer, TSM Global. An agreement that emphasizes the growth of the Turkish market and the potential of the region for high-capacity electric forklift trucks.

Carer's expansion continues on new markets: at the end of 2016, an agreement between Carer and TSM Global was signed, the latter becoming an exclusive Carer dealer for Turkey. The Turkish market presents great expansion potential for electric forklift trucks, with special regard to high-capacity forklifts.

The first truck delivered to TSM Global is already operational at Nexans, the world's largest manufacturer of industrial cables. It is a F90H electric forklift truck, particularly suited to handling bulky loads, such as cable reels, due to the features of its mast.

The agreement with TSM Global also includes the delivery of a demonstration truck, an A100X, one of the new A/X series product. The truck has a capacity of 10 tons and its performances are comparable to those of internal combustion trucks, asserting the viability of the electric alternative also for external handling applications.
