New regional office for French Hitachi dealer Teramat

The Hitachi Construction Machinery Sales and Service France (HCSF) dealer for Rhône-Alpes, Franche-Comté and parts of Burgundy, Teramat, has opened its fourth site, located in Chevigny St Sauveur. The inauguration of the new premises in April was marked by a special celebration that brought together customers from the region, the Teramat sales team, HCSF personnel and journalists.

Over 100 companies were represented at the event, with 200 guests in total. Along with an informal buffet, the occasion offered visitors an opportunity to see the latest Hitachi machines up close and study the cabs along with the various different options available.

Teramat’s new premises will serve the areas of Côte d'Or, Jura, Doubs, Saône et Loire and Haute-Saône. The site includes a 200m² workshop equipped with all necessary equipment, and an office space for meetings with customers.

Two sales members and two technicians were recruited specifically for the new site to develop sales and offer a high-quality technical service. Further recruitment will be considered as the regional office develops.
