New SC-301R disc mower to be introduced at SIMA 2022

Strojírny Rožmitál, s.r.o., a Czech manufacturer of forage technology, will be present at the French trade fair SIMA 2022 from 6 to 10 November. Four machines will be on display at stand 5a E099, including the new front-mounted disc mower with roller conditioner SC-301R. You are all cordially invited.

"With the new mower we are meeting the demand of farmers and customers, especially in southern Europe, where there is a great demand for models with roller conditioners. This type of mower is generally appreciated by every farmer who processes alfalfa, clover and similar crops," says Pavel Jahoda, sales director of Strojírny Rožmitál, s.r.o.

The working width of the SC-301R is 3.01 m and the cutterbar is made up of 7 discs, each with two blades. Thanks to the double-sided attachment, the cutter bar and the frame form a rigid unit. The bar is supported by coil springs. The machine is equipped with an overload-protecting gimbal friction clutch. The soles are made of highly durable material. The stubble height varies from 40 to 80 mm. The machine is equipped with a cylindrical conditioner, where the operator has the possibility of disabling it if necessary. The SC-301R is particularly suitable for alfalfa, clover, etc. The robust and durable machine is characterised by excellent cutting quality and efficient ground following, including lateral positioning.

In addition, the rear side-mounted disc mower SD-300 will be on display, which has excellent cutting quality and a working width of 2.98 m. The mower has a central attachment at the centre of gravity, which has a positive effect on ground following. The 7-disc bar is an original developed and manufactured by ROZMITAL. The model also has a hydropneumatic lifting system with the possibility of precise and quick adjustment by using a pressure gauge to the ideal floating position.

The category of tedders is covered by the OZ-524S model in Paris. With a working width of 5.2 m and an area output of up to 6 ha per hour, the four-rotor tedder is designed especially for small and medium-sized farms. The rotors have a larger diameter and are therefore equipped with seven arms for even forage distribution. Each arm has one double ring made of high quality steel.

The last machine to be on display is the SB-4231 single-rotor delivery rake. The 4.2 m working width is enabled by a large-diameter rotor with ten arms, each arm equipped with four double fingers. The machine is equipped with a tandem chassis for greater stability and ground following.
