New Sokkia dealership for South Africa, Namibia, Botswana and Mozambique announced

Capelle a/d IJssel, The Netherlands, 22nd January, 2014 – Topcon Europe Positioning (TEP) announces the assignment of a new distributor – Protea Geomatics – for South Africa, Namibia, Botswana and Mozambique.

Effective immediately, the Protea Geomatics team becomes responsible for sales, support and service (warranty and after-warranty) of all Sokkia surveying products.

Protea Geomatics is located in Kempton Park, South Africa, and has almost 30 years experience in the industry.

DC van der Walt, owner and managing director of Protea Geomatics, said "Our company is very much a family business. My father started the business almost 30 years ago, and we are very proud to have been able to form a business relationship to distribute Sokkia products to our market.
