CTE has a new video for TRACCESS 230E, the track mounted platform with lithium battery launched on the market some weeks ago.

The video emphasizes the strengths of the platform in a particularly innovative thanks to the use of graphic elements that capture the viewer's attention.

New electric 48v motor with 300 Ah lithium battery, a working autonomy up to 5 hours, a wireless radio station housed in the basket are some of the elements showed in the video.

FOCUS ON PRODUCT: Fresh news for CTE Traccess family: a new electric model is ready to join the CTE tracked platforms. This is the battery version of the tallest model of the family, it reaches 23 m of working height, and is the second in the Traccess family, besides Traccess 170E that reaches 17 m of working height.

The technical performance and the features of the electrical model are identical to the combustion engine model: 23 m of working height, 12 m of outreach, 200 kg of capacity, automatic stabilization with 4 stabilization areas with hydraulic placement, basket load sensing device, 230 V AC CE electric socket in the basket, gradeability max 31%, 2,1m jib with +10° working angle, compact dimensions that allow to pass also through standard doors.

Different is the type of engine: electric 48v with 300 Ah lithium battery that provides a working autonomy up to 5 hours. Ideal for work on construction sites or in indoor places where noise is not admitted. The travel speed is 0.6 km/h.

Traccess 230E has also a wireless radio station housed in the basket, very functional for the operator who makes the first movements and stabilizes the vehicle easily and then rises in the basket, placing the console in a special housing.

FEATURES OF TRACCESS 230 and 230E: the very small size (2.10 m in height when closed and 5.3 m long) makes Traccess 230 the most compact tracked aerial platform in the range of 23 m.

The new model has the classic "Z" shape typical of the Traccess range and is able to ensure a perfect "verticality" along the wall during the working phases. With one command the operator can go up or down along the wall, without the need for other changes. Stabilization is automatic and allows 4 different working areas: with stabilizers open at 24° on one side and 50° on the other side the operator can work on one side with max outreach 12 m (the third configuration is on the opposite side); finally the operator can work with the 4 stabilizers opened. With these four types of stabilization no 'ground' can stop the operator's work. There is a jib that allows to reach +10°. The basket can rotate 90°+90°. The extending width tracks is also standard, to offer stability on uneven terrain.

Easy to carry, Traccess 230 can be loaded on trucks.

Very useful the possibility to overcome 1 m of difference in level.

TRACCESS: THE COMPACT TRACK MOUTED PLATFORM RANGE

• easily to transport in trucks thanks to the small stowed dimensions: Traccess 135 (3760mm x 780mm x 2000 mm), Traccess 170 and Traccess 170 E (4250mm x 800mm x 2000mm), Traccess 230 (5285mm x 780mm x 1998mm) and Traccess 230 E (5338mm x 780mm x 2100mm);
