New ViO27 synonym for reliability and robustness

Presented on preview on the SAMOTER show in Italy, the new ViO27 complete the range of mini excavator of the Japanese constructor. COMPACTNESS

The ViO27 is a real zero tail machine: neither the counterweight, nor the parts before of the turret exceed of the width of tracks. The very low turning circle allows the operator to work in very narrow spaces where a conventional machine could not work, in particular in urban areas. The very compact undercarriage of the ViO27 linked to its transportation weight of reduced to 2 610 kg (with cabine) allow him to be hauled with its accessories.

SPACIOUS AND COMFORTABLE CABIN

Yanmar put the operator in the center of the conception by developing the concept « Universal Design ». With more space for legs, this design allows to improve the comfort and the safety of the operator. The engineers of Yanmar granted a particular importance for the innovative ways to reduce the sound level of 3dB(A). The air suspended seat offers numerous possibilities of setting. The dashboard as well as the armrests were redesigned to increase the comfort of the operator.

YANMAR ENGINE

The ViO27 engine is controlled electroniaclly. Thanks to its major power of release, the engine TNV is the infinite result of Yanmar research in the technological progresses. The system of fuel injection was improved allowing cleaner emissions, sound volume reduction and diesel consumption.

VIPPS HYDRAULIC CIRCUIT

The hydraulic circuit of the ViO27 (ViO progressive 3 pump system) increase the performances and the machine productivity. The working speed is increased in the accumulation of the pumps flow and so the functioning of the machine is smooth and simultaneous, even during traveling.

MAINTENANCE

The 5 hoods allow to reach easily components for the maintenance. Daily checks are then fast and easy
