New ViO57-6 any compromise between compactness and power

UNCOMPERABLE COMPACTNESS

The ViO57-6 is doubtless the most compact mini excavator of its category, allowing the Yanmar customers to work serenely, particularly in urban area where the space is very restricted. The new boom conception offers a very compact swing radius. If this one remains at 2 950 mm length, its design completely changes, increasing by 10% the lifting capacity of the ViO57-6. The boom basement is designed for a higher resistance, a better durability and a better improved total cost of ownership (TCO). The robust structure of the undercarriage in X frame, its higher operating weight, and its new boom concept gives on the machine an extraordinary stability, laterally in particular at 90°.

UPGRADING POWERLINE

TNV engine (48,4 HP) uses direct injection system to generate power without residue of combustion. The electronic command of the engine guarantees an intelligent control of the engine speed. The engine 4TNV84T of the ViO57-6 is also equiped with a turbo charged which allows more power delivery while reducing the fuel consumption and by offering an higher torque.

The ViO57-6 concept is due to integrate a new engine with particles filter in the summer 2017. The ViO57-6 is equipped in series of an auxiliary hydraulic system with a potentiometer easy to use in order to adjust the oil flow in a optimal way by using any type of accessories.

The ViO57-6 benefits from an improved powerline, including a new engine and hydraulic pumps more powerful (+ 14%) as well as a new distributor. The working cycle time are so improved by more than 10%. This improvement does not compromise between power and compactness. The Yanmar customers can do heavy duty jobs in narrow jobsites.

COMFORT

By putting the operator at the heart of its concept, Yanmar developped the « Universal Design » concept which highlights the ergonomics, for instance door handles, handrails and engine handfuls. By offering also more space for legs, this design allows to improve the comfort and the safety of the operator.

MAINTENANCE

The daily maintenance must be easyli done. The engine hood of the engine is easy to open and the right side panel rests on an axis to facilitate its opening. This allows to reach all the main components : the air filter, the radiator, the refuel pump, the battery, the fuel tank, the alternator of the oil tank of the hydraulic circuit, the oil jauge of the engine, the water separator, the cooling liquid level… A floor carpet also allows to easier the cleaning.
