Wacker Neuson presents its new wheel dumpers: The aspects of performance, safety and comfort were in the foreground of the design and development of the models DW60, DW90 and DW100 with payloads of 6, 9 and 10 tons. The low-maintenance hydrostatic all-wheel drive system and the articulated joint provide for cross-country mobility and traction – on any surface. Various bucket versions adjust the machine to the individual requirements of work assignments in various industries.

Contractors cannot choose the ground conditions at the site of application. That is why they require the right machine, even for the most demanding tasks. With all new wheel dumper models from Wacker Neuson, the hydrostatic all-wheel drive provides a secure and convenient operation, even on uneven construction site areas, because the operator does not need to shift any gears and can focus entirely on steering and operating the bucket. This especially pays off for rental parks or if the operator is replaced frequently. Difficult ground conditions are not a problem for the Wacker Neuson wheel dumpers: The articulated pendulum joint provides for cross-country mobility (even under load), contact with the ground and very good traction. The large-volume and sturdy bucket holds between 3,200 and 4,750 liters of construction material, depending on the model. The two dumpers DW60 and DW90 can optionally be outfitted with swivel buckets. This makes dumping and filling easier, especially in tight working areas. All models meet the exhaust emission regulations of level 3b/tier IV final and, if necessary, can be outfitted with different engine versions according to regionally differing requirements.

Dumpers with cabins (optional for all three models) especially pay off in the rain or cold and allow the operator to work comfortably all year round. The spacious headroom and legroom also provide for working comfort. In addition, the cabin of the new wheel dumper can be heated. An optimum all-round visibility and roll-over protective structure/FOPS level II make working with the new dumpers safe. The cabin can be removed to allow for easy transport. The operating concept is also new. The operator can now comfortably and easily perform travel direction changes with the innovative joystick. A spring-loaded parking brake, provides for reliability and safety. Additional features for added safety are two forward and backward-aligned work lights, full road lighting, two outside mirrors and a viewing camera for an optimal view and minimized blind spot, a back-up alarm as well as a rotating beacon for an improved visibility of the machine. In addition, the dumpers are available with numerous new options, such as turf tires, a seat contact switch and an air-conditioning system.

Safety combined with comfort

Wacker Neuson pays great attention to the benefits for the operator and contractor when developing new machines and equipment: Time and cost savings with a high level of performance, flexibility in application as well as comfort and safety are the most important advantages with the new dumpers. Low wear of the components and reduced maintenance requirements help the contractor to save time and costs. This is guaranteed, for example, by the low-maintenance hydrostatic all-wheel drive system: It provides for a lower load on the drive system and increases the operator comfort. If maintenance is necessary, the lateral maintenance covers facilitate quick and unimpeded access to all maintenance points. A high level of flexibility is assured through the various bucket versions. The optional air-conditioning system in the cabin provides for a pleasant working environment, even in extreme temperatures. The spacious windows provide an unimpeded 360-degree all-round visibility and the projecting doors allow for an easy entry and exit.

The articulated wheel dumpers DW60, DW90 and DW100 from Wacker Neuson have payloads of 6, 9 or 10 tons. The dumper DW60 reaches speeds of up to 25 km/h, while the two larger models can accelerate up to 30 km/h.
