Wacker Neuson is presenting five new models with bucket capacities from 0.45 to 1.1 cubic meters and an operating weight of between 3.4 and 5.8 tons. With the new models WL32, WL38, WL52, WL60 and WL70, Wacker Neuson is now offering eleven articulated wheel loaders for various application areas. Some previously existing models will be replaced.

"With the new wheel loaders, we cover the entire range from compact models up to powerful machines for challenging work," says Dieter Freisler, regional president of Europe at Wacker Neuson. "In addition, cabin comfort and ergonomics are emphasized with all wheel loaders so that fatigue-free working is possible. In the design and development, great value was placed on economic efficiency: high quality materials ensure a long service life. Economical fuel consumption reduces costs. A good maneuverability guarantees quick loading cycles. And an uncomplicated maintenance saves the contractor time and money – because the customer and his benefits are always the focus of Wacker Neuson."

The smallest of the newly introduced wheel loaders is the model WL32 with an operating weight of 3,400 kilograms. Despite its compact dimensions, it is a powerful machine with a hydraulic performance of up to 100 liters. The dimensions allow for a high level of maneuverability and a low clearance height. The ability to connect a variety of attachments makes the wheel loader of interest for various industries and applications: It is therefore used in the main construction industry for quick material transport, assists municipalities with various applications with hydraulically activated attachments or proves itself with loading work and special applications.

With the wheel loader WL38 with 4,200 kilograms of operating weight, Wacker Neuson also offers support for gardening and landscaping. The compact design with a high performance output is time-tested and proven in the often-twisted construction sites in this area. The high tipping loads and the easy handling offer many advantages for civil engineering applications. The combination of P and Z-kinematics is also time-tested and proven here and provides for a safe parallel guidance. Three powerful engine versions are available, which meet the exhaust standards of level IIIa or IIIb. The comfortable cabin has a newly designed display and provides a better and quick overview of all parameters. The centrally placed switch panels provide a clear and simple operation, which makes work easier for the operator. The wheel loader WL52 also scores with these characteristics. It is available with two different cabins, which can vary in height and outfitting, and can therefore be ideally adapted to the individual requirements of the contractor. The extremely smoothly and effortlessly moving joystick with pilot control is new, which allows the operator to work fatigue-free, even on long workdays.

The two wheel loaders WL60 and WL70 with bucket volumes of 0.95 and 1.1 cubic meters manage even difficult applications, thanks to the sturdy and powerful load arm design. However, they not only convince in respect to performance efficiency, but also with regard to consumption and operating comfort. With their efficient engine technology, they are also ready for application on urban construction sites. The new flow-sharing function is particularly convenient: This makes the simultaneous operation of several work functions possible, such as lifting, reeling in or working with a hydraulically activated tool. The electronic functions of the attachments can be optionally operated via the joystick.

Thanks to the tiltable cabin and numerous service openings, the new Wacker Neuson wheel loaders allow convenient access to all engine and hydraulic components, which makes maintenance much easier. The one-hundred per cent connectable differential lock in both axles ensures optimal traction and wheel grip, even on difficult terrain. The articulated pendulum joint permits a high level of stability and wheel grip of the machine as well as unhindered maneuverability in off-road conditions. Numerous different attachments and hydraulic work tools can be combined on the loading system. This makes the Wacker Neuson wheel loader into a versatile machine – and it can be adapted to the needs of customers from various industries and to individual application areas.

After the market introduction of the models WL34, WL44 and WL54 in July 2014 and the current introduction of the new wheel loader, Wacker Neuson is now offering the complete series of: WL20, WL20e, WL25, WL32, WL34, WL38, WL44, WL52, WL54, WL60 and WL70. The wheel loader WL20e has an electric drive for emission-free work.
