From September 10 to 14, Wacker Neuson is showcasing its latest developments at Nordbau in Neumünster under the motto “Solutions built for you.” At outdoor booth N115, covering around 1,000 square meters, visitors can experience the company’s cutting-edge zero emission solutions, compact machines, construction equipment, and service offerings firsthand. “The Nordbau trade fair is a real highlight in our calendar because it allows us to connect directly with our customers and showcase our newest machines and innovations in action,” says Axel Fischer, Managing Director of Wacker Neuson Germany. “Personal dialogue is incredibly important to me — it’s the only way we truly understand what matters to our customers and how we can create tailored solutions that meet their needs. I’m already looking forward to engaging conversations, fresh ideas, and reconnecting with many familiar faces in Neumünster!”

Solutions for efficient material transport

Wacker Neuson is showcasing a new E-wheel loader at Nordbau: the WL300e with an operating weight of around 2.5 tons scores particularly well in terms of comfort (cushioned cab!) and safety. The new, optionally available loading system with a lift height of approx. 2.3 metres significantly increases the tipping load of the machine and ensures optimum view of the work environment and the attachment.
With an entire series of new wheel loaders, Wacker Neuson is ensuring even greater efficiency and comfort on the construction site. The cabs of the new models WL750, WL950 and WL1150 have been optimised: the widened access makes frequent entry and exit easier, panoramic front- and rear windows provide optimum 360° visibility of the work environment and ergonomically arranged operating elements facilitate focussed work. The easy service access of all three models enables efficient maintenance and thus maximises the running times of the machines.

Solutions for flexible application

In the field of dual view dumpers, Wacker Neuson presents an innovative skip change system on the tried and tested DV60 dumper. It enables quick and easy replacement of the skip, for example switching from a swivel tip skip to a three-sided tipper platform. Various skips can be used to extend the application areas, increase the utilisation of the machine and make the dumpers even more flexible, e.g. for application as a lorry replacement.

EW100: Interface for attachments

The excavators on the Wacker Neuson stand will be highlighted by the wide range of attachments available. One example is the EW100 wheeled excavator, which is factory-fitted with the MiC 4.0 interface. Thanks to its powerful travel hydraulics and high basic performance, the machine can also take on tasks that would normally require heavier 14-ton excavators. The EW100 comes equipped with automatic attachment recognition for MiC 4.0-compatible attachments. This system also automatically adjusts essential settings such as hydraulic pressure and flow rate. The operator can select other attachments individually on the display. The aim of MiC 4.0 is to become the standard for communication between attachments and construction machines.
