Open day success for Used truck centre

Two years after first introducing the dedicated used truck refurbishment centre to the public, Linde Jewsbury’s, based in Castleford has seen over 140 visitors through the doors of their 4000 square metre facilities.

The centre was designed to improve customer access to the wide range of Linde Approved used forklifts. The facility consists of dedicated used truck showrooms, workshops and a wide range of Linde Approved equipment ready to go, available for next day delivery.

Over the past two years the centre has hosted a number of open days which provide a relaxed environment for customers to discuss their material handling needs and view the extensive range of Linde Approved, ex-demonstration and new forklifts.

The most recent of these events resulted in sales of 6 used trucks with many customers taking the opportunity to have a tour of the workshops and sales and service administration areas. During these events, staff are always on hand to answer any questions from how a truck is prepared to the after sales packages and short term rental options available to provide continuous support during the life of the product.
