Optimize Services , Create a Brilliant Show

After achieving a good result, BICES 2011 did positive thinking and careful summary, listened to the advice of the participants and made positive feedback, and then organized various suppliers to carry out in-depth communication and exchanges in terms of various shortages during the exhibition from the perspective of exhibitors and audiences, which raised higher demands for the software and hardware of BICES 2013.

1、Optimize the service processes

According to the exhibitors’ feedback, BICES will carry out comprehensive integration and optimization for the service processes of the exhibition, so as to improve the service quality, optimize the service facility layout, reduce the workload of exhibitors and the inter-middle waiting time, improve the exhibition experience of exhibitors, and then strive to provide close service for exhibitors. 

2、Improve onsite management 

BICES positively perfect the various pre-arranged plans on the site, and carefully choose the better service suppliers, for which they have introduced in competition mechanism, and build complete evaluation systems. Besides, based on the characteristics of the exhibition, BICES further perfects the various emergency plans, closely works with the relevant government departments, so as to build coordination mechanism with rapid response. 

3、Improve exhibition conditions 

It positively assists Beijing Jiuhua International Conference & Exhibition Center in improving the software and hardware of the exhibition. After widening the surrounding roads of the exhibition center in 2011, it also optimize the road network structure, and coordinate with the traffic management departments, so as to arrange the persons and vehicles to enter in and leave in a better way. 

4、Traffic and catering & lodging 

Relying on the existing catering and lodging conditions on and near to the venue of exhibition, BICES will investigate the nearby hotel and traffic in advance, and find more reasonable agreement hotels, recommended hotel, regular buses and routes, so as to shorten the interchanging time between the exhibition site and rail transit site as well as commercial center.

Upon optimizing the software and hardware service, BICES will make great effort to improve the additional value of exhibition. For example, the exhibited various commercial vehicles including tramcar, forklift, material transport vehicle, road maintenance vehicle, dumper, tractor and others, as well as unmanned aerial photography aircraft, all-terrain emergency recovery vehicle, multi-functional mobile machinery shop, multi-functional snow remover, elevating platform fire truck, walk-style excavator, forcible entry rescue robots, shearing machines, generator system and other emergency equipment of the last exhibition also greatly enriched the connation of the exhibits.

BICES 2013 will not only continue holding the authoritative activities like the appraisal of appearance, model and quality, but further cooperate with relevant associations of the industry, so as to hold high-quality forum, improve the authority, specialty and branding of the relevant forums, and infuse new content for the specialty of BICES. At the same time, BICES will regard it as its duty to create the cultural atmosphere to popularize the knowledge of machinery in China, and show the endless charm of construction machinery in an all-round way through the rich and colorful activities such as design competition, model lovers club, on-site interaction and experience, etc., thus forming the characteristics of BICES.

It has been the main work of the exhibition to realize the internationalization of BICES and invite the overseas merchants. Apart from the regular publicity and recommendation as well as the invitation of groups or teams for the overseas cooperative institutions and media, BICES 2013 will highlight its networking and recycling advantages specific to the invitation of overseas clients, take advantages of the resource of local association, media and trade circulation institutions to carry out more comprehensive and punctual invitation work for user groups in a larger scale, and then implement the invitation work of teams or groups by virtue of the overseas trading platform and user organization network; with the opportunities of the expansion of domestic enterprises towards the overseas markets, it has completed the invitation of global agency network and investigation of domestic markets; depending on its resource and advantages, it will enhance the propaganda in Asia-Pacific neighboring countries and markets, and attract the groups of clients of hot markets and emerging markets, thus building higher-quality overseas audiences and teams with more different demands for the exhibition.
