Philippi-Hagenbuch Inc., a global leader in off-highway truck customization, will highlight its solutions to improve hauling efficiency for aggregates producers and civil construction operations March 3-7 at CONEXPO/CON-AGG 2026 in Las Vegas. Philippi-Hagenbuch product experts will discuss their fully custom haul truck options with showgoers at Booth W42644 in the West Hall.
“CONEXPO’s three-year-cycle means there is always extra buzz as it gets closer,” said Josh Swank, Philippi-Hagenbuch chief growth officer. “The show generates a great deal of traffic, leading to some high-quality conversations in our booth. We anticipate showgoers being very interested in learning how modifying their haul trucks with custom-engineered solutions can take their hauling efficiency and safety to the next level. This year we’re especially excited to have the opportunity to present an educational session about the important role water tanks play in jobsite dust control.”
At their booth, experts from Philippi-Hagenbuch will help attendees identify custom solutions to maximize their haul truck fleet’s potential. Each of these products is compatible with any make and model of off-highway haul truck. Philippi-Hagenbuch will also be engaging with their strategic dealer and global licensee partners at CONEXPO, providing tighter opportunities for their clients from around the world.
One focal point for Philippi-Hagenbuch will be the company’s Autogate® Tailgates.
Dust control will be another major talking point. Philippi-Hagenbuch’s HiVol® Wa
Swank will present an educational session, “Minimizing Crystalline Silica and Airborne Particulates Through Efficient Water Tank Usage,” from 1-2 p.m. Thursday, March 5. In the session, attendees will learn about the important role water trucks play in minimizing dust on haul roads and stockpiles to keep dust levels below MSHA and EPA thresholds. Swank will highlight water tank features that provide efficient hauling and spraying, along with aspects that improve hauling safety and simplify maintenance. Those who attend will learn how these factors can maximize airborne particulate control efficiency at their construction site, quarry or mine.
Carryback is a common challenge for operations hauling sticky material. When clay, dirt, mud or ash builds up in haul truck bodies, it can greatly decrease volumetric capacity. Philippi-Hagenbuch will talk to attendees about their operation’s hurdles with carryback and how Philippi-Hagenbuch’s Load Ejector System can offer a solution. Load Ejectors virtually eliminate carryback, effectively increasing load capacity and improving operational efficiency. This allows users to haul the full rated capacity with each load and reduce downtime stemming from removing carryback from the truck. When the body is raised, the Load Ejector separates from the truck bed by gravity, ejecting material as it hangs vertically away from the body. This leaves an empty truck ready with full capacity for the next load.
Operations looking to address other hauling challenges will have the opportunity to learn about Philippi-Hagenbuch’s Rear Eject Bodies and Sideboards. Rear Eject Bodies are engineered to increase productivity and allow safe dumping of materials while moving and in the presence of overhead obstructions. Sideboards allow operators to haul more material with each load while minimizing material loss.
“Our purpose is to help operations haul,” Swank said. “Shows like CONEXPO are a great opportunity to learn more about challenges construction and aggregates outfits are facing and how we can work with them to find solutions.”
