Powerscreen to demonstrate new models at Steinexpo 2017

Powerscreen, one of the world’s leading providers of mobile crushing and screening equipment, will exhibit at Steinexpo 2017, Germany. In its tenth year, Steinexpo will take place from 30 August – 2 September in Europe’s biggest basalt quarry. At the exhibition Powerscreen will showcase and demonstrate the latest additions to the Powerscreen range in partnership with local distributors C Christophel GmbH and Jurgen Kolsch GmbH. Powerscreen can be found at Stand C27, Demo Area C where visitors will see two new machines working. The Powerscreen^® Chieftain™ 2200 3 Deck screen and Premiertrak™ 400X jaw crusher will both be working in the demonstration area.

Chieftain 2200 3 Deck

The Powerscreen Chieftain 2200 3 deck is a double screenbox mobile unit designed for operators who require large volumes of high specification products with maximum versatility. It has a  huge capacity of up to 700tph / 770 US tph, offering high quality sized product revenue; as well as a revolutionary patent pending drive system which allows easy switching between 2 and 4 bearing with bolt-on parts. By splitting up into two individual screenboxes, the Chieftain 2200 3 deck is able to run aggressively with the tumbling action between the screens helping to maximize efficiency and accuracy of the product, especially at the close size materials.

Premiertrak 400X

The Premiertrak 400X takes the best features of the previous Premiertrak 400 model and combines it with 2017 styling and innovation. The machine gives operators high productivity, more efficient performance and better access for servicing which all make the machine very cost effective. The Premiertrak 400X is the first Powerscreen jaw crusher to offer a post-screen system and also has an crusher unblock option.
