Preparing INTERMAT exhibition

We have nearly everything prepared. In INTERMAT we will show a wide range of products, now we can explain you something about two of them!

During Intermat, AUSA will display the new high capacity site dumpers, the models D 600 APG and D 1000 APG, which loading capacity ranging from 6tn to 10tn, which are mainly used in construction and mining applications.

Both models will outstand for being available with the high efficient Kubota and Deutz Stage IIIb engines.

The KUBOTA V3800-CR-TIE4 is a 4-cylinder (3.8 liter) with direct injection engine, which delivers a power of 85 KW (114hp) at 2600 rpm. A clean high performing engine, thanks to its ´Common Rail system´, diesel oxidation catalyst (DOC) and diesel particulate filter (DPF). It reduces the particulates emissions by 90% and the nitrogen oxide (NOx) by 50%.

The DEUTZ TD 3.6 Tier 4 engine, available on the dumper D 600 APG, is a 4-cylinder (3.6 liter) with Common Rail direct injection motor, which guarantees the best efficiency with low consumption. It offers 55,4kW (74 hp) at 2.600rpm and it is equipped with Diesel Oxidation Catalyst (DOC).

Both engines meet the new EU STAGE IIIB (Europe) / EPA interim TIER 4 (North America) regulations for engines from 56 to 130kW, furthermore they comply with theTIER 4 requirements for engines smaller than 56kW.

Moreover, AUSA engineers have worked on achieving an unmatched visibility standard, which reinforces the safety and efficiency at site. With this objective in mind, dumpers are now being delivered with the new FULL VISIBILITY SYSTEM, which follows the IP69Kregulation [optional equipment].
