Product launch of the GIANT on Belgian Matexpo trade show

At the Belgian Matexpo Trade show from 2-6 September the Belgian based company Keestrack revealed the new GIANT screen.

The GIANT, with a weight of, 43,5 ton and a double deck screen box of 6.000 x 2.000 mm, has a 12 m² screening surface on every deck. Together with a capacity up to 600 ton an hour this explains the name.

As an option the GIANT is also available with a Binder BIVITEC flip flow screen box of 6.000 x 1.900 mm (11,4 m² on every deck). The GIANT has been developed to screen difficult, sticky or wet materials in every desired fraction, in every application.

The GIANT is available with hopper or infeed belt. The GIANT is only available in Diesel / electric drive.

The Destroyer 1313 ECO-EP+, the Diesel / electric driven impact crusher with external electricity connection and after screen with closed circuit has the following characteristics:

De Argo jaw crusher, has like all Keestrack-OM jaw crushers the Non Stop System to optimize the crushing results while protecting the crushing chamber from non-crushable feed. During operation the jaws are hydraulic adjusted to respect the set settings. Also the jaws will open automatic is an un-crushable object enters the crushing chamber. After opening of the jaws to remove the un-crushable feed the jaws will automatically to the set position. All jaw crushers have a new concept for the remote control which makes it possible to start up the jaw crusher with a full crushing chamber. The Argo can be transported without a permit.

The Stacker 10-23 track mobile stockpiler has a conveyor of 23 m long and 1 m wide. With a feed capacity up to 500 ton / hour the stacker can stockpile 2.500 - 15.000 ton. The discharge height is minimal 6.050 mm and maximal 9.350 mm. All stackers are, next to the Diesel/hydraulic drive, also available in Diesel / electric drive.
