Putzmeister America, Inc. (Putzmeister America) recognized three of its top domestic distributor partners with its annual “Distributor of the Year”awards at a special VIP event in Las Vegas during the 2014 World of Concrete trade show.
Pioneer Concrete Pumping, Inc. won Domestic Spare Parts and Pipe System Distributor of the Year; Thomas Concrete Machinery, Inc. won Domestic Thom-Katt Distributor of the Year; and Walker Equipment Company won Domestic Mortar Machine Distributor of the Year.
“Our quality distributor partners are one of the most important keys to our success,” said Dave Adams, Putzmeister America’s President and CEO. “We wan t to thank those companies named ‘Distributors of the Year,’ along with all of our distributors, for their loyalty to our company and belief in our products.
”In addition to the companies recognized as Distributors of the Year, four distributors were honored for their length of service, which recognize longevity as Putzmeister America partners. Recognized for 10 years of service was Cole & Lambert, Inc.; 15 years of service, Gastaldo Pump Sales, Ltd.;25 years of service, Alexander Wagner Co., Inc.; and 50 years of service, Thomas Machinery, Inc.
Putzmeister Germany’s CEO, Gerald Karch, also spoke at the event, thanking customers in attendance, and congratulating Putzmeister’s partners on their accomplishments and recognizing their service.
With a huge amount of booth traffic, and enthusiasm for the new 38Z-5-Meter Truck-MountedConcrete Boom Pump, this year’s World of Concrete show was a great success for Putzmeister America.
