Implaser is a national benchmark in the design, development and manufacture of stickers, fundamental in public works and construction machinery

Implaser, the first SME to obtain the R + D + i certificate in Spain, will present its latest novelty at Smopyc 2021 in November: the application of radio frequency technology in the sector of public works machinery and construction, thus expanding the offer in its line of stickers business.

As Clemente Huerta, the company's managing director, explains, “it is a technology that helps in the optimization of services and industrial processes. After more than 20 years of work, we are a national benchmark in the design, development and manufacture of stickers, and at SMOPYC we are going to present three innovative products for the sector, aimed at the prevention of occupational risks, the traceability of fixed or moving assets and the management of alerts and incidents that allow the improvement of safety and productivity in any manufacturing process”.

These three novelties have their own names: LiftingControl, AutoTraza System and Leeyla. The first focuses on the control of the use of machinery by authorized users: it is an electronic system that, connected to the start-up of a machine, controls its ignition depending on whether the user is authorized or not. In this way, it allows controlling the machinery in each of the work centers of the manufacturing process, as well as the forklifts, pallet trucks or other means of transporting merchandise. With this system, the machine will be activated wirelessly by means of a card carried by authorized personnel according to their competences and their compliance with the requirements regarding the prevention of occupational hazards. In turn, all activity is recorded digitally, viewable in real time or through historical data, through an integrated central software.

AutoTraza improves the supervision of the industrial traceability of fixed or moving assets. It is a system formed by the combination of radio frequency technologies that allows access to information on these assets in real time, controlling at all times the stage of production in which it is located or its location, both indoors and outdoors. Thus, through the automatic identification of the material and a precise geolocation in real time, it is possible to have a complete traceability of materials and manufacturing orders to ensure optimized times and costs, as well as the reduction of human errors, the improvement of the inventory and control of stocks. The AutoTraza system integrates with the ERP or client software for agile and intuitive management.

For its part, Leeyla allows the management of alerts and instantaneous incidents for industrial environments. It is based on a wireless instant notification system, intended for requesting assistance, alerting incidents, notifying the completion of tasks or processes, or any other action that requires communication in real time. This product is specially designed for use in the industrial environment, where it is difficult to make announcements via telephone due to noise, lack of network or simply due to the use of the operator's gloves. Leeyla has a very simple interface, consisting of a keypad with pre-configured messages. The messages are received instantly by the designated recipients, also counting on the digital record of all the information for the traceability of the process (events, people, times, etc.). This wireless device has a rechargeable battery, with autonomy of more than 2 months when idle.

These news will be available from November 17 to 20 at Smopyc 2021 at the Implaser location: hall 4, stand 02.
