Recirculating compact crusher

The McCloskey I34R recirculating Impact Crusher combines the productivity of our I34 with the versatility of a full screening and recirculating system, allowing operators to produce a crushed and screened final product with one machine.

This versatile, mobile crusher is able to nimbly move around in small spaces, and continue moving while crushing. The I34R’s small footprint is uniquely suited to the demolition and asphalt recycling, aggregates and smaller scale construction projects. Less than 2.5m wide, the crushers can be transported easily from site to site.

The new compact crushers boast flexibility as well, with standard machines converting to recircs in just a few hours.

RECIRCULATING SYSTEM
Recirculation conveyor allows operators to produce a crushed and screened final product with one machine.

RADIAL RETURN CONVEYOR
Allows operators to recirculate oversize material from the screenbox back to the feed hopper or radial out up to 90° to feed another machine or stockpile up to 9’ 9”.

SCREENBOX
High Energy Screenbox has user-friendly wedge system for faster screen change.

LARGE FEEDER
Hardox® hopper mounted over vibrating feeder.  Feeder rate can be regulated via mechanical Flow Control.

DIRECT DRIVE CRUSHER
34 x 25.6” feed opening to new direct drive crusher more power, along with lower fuel costs

MAGNET
Reversible magnet enables material separation from the source material.
