Debuting the High-Power KDI 1903TCR and newly developed engine fluids at Booth 225 – Hall A4
Bauma 2025 opens today, bringing together global industry leaders in construction, mining, and material processing. Rehlko is participating in this prestigious event, running from April 7 to April 13 in Munich, Germany, to present its latest advancements in engine technology and fluid solutions.
At Booth 225 – Hall A4, Rehlko is featuring a selection of its most innovative and recognized engines, now showcasing a new look with the updated Rehlko gray color, replacing the traditional bronze. Alongside these refreshed engines, Rehlko is presenting its newly developed high-performance diesel engine oils and coolants, designed for durability and efficiency in demanding applications.
Visitors can discover five powerful engines on display, including the KSD Naturally Aspirated and KSD Turbo with charge air cooler in power pack specification from the KSD electronically controlled diesel engine family. Also showcased are the KDI 3404 EU Stage V and USA Tier 4 Final, featuring an all-in-one exhaust aftertreatment system, along with the High-Power KDI 1903 Turbo with a charge air cooler from the KDI diesel engine family, as well as the ECH 980 from the Command PRO gasoline engine family.
Introducing the New High-Power KDI 1903TCR
Rehlko is proud to unveil the new High-Power version of the KDI 1903TCR, a next-generation engine designed to redefine performance in compact applications. Making its debut at Bauma 2025, this all-new model boasts a powerful 50 kW output and 250 Nm of torque, delivering exceptional low-speed torque for demanding tasks in a very small package, enhancing machine productivity. Its highly compact design ensures maximum installation flexibility, making it an ideal solution for a wide range of equipment, from construction and agricultural machinery to rental industry staples like telehandlers, pumps, welders, and chippers.
At the heart of this engine lies a sophisticated aftertreatment system, featuring a Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF), engineered to meet the stringent EU Stage V emission regulations. Rehlko’s expertise in DPF technology guarantees efficient automatic regeneration, even at low rpm, setting a new standard for clean and reliable power.
The KDI 1903 High-Power engine is engineered for both performance and sustainability. It is designed for HVO fuel usage, enabling a reduction of lifecycle emissions by up to 90% when compared to standard diesel fuel, without sacrificing performance or maintenance intervals. Our engine compatibility assurance reinforces Rehlko’s reputation as a trusted partner for customers looking for sustainable propulsion solutions that positively impact the environment while also benefiting their businesses. Rehlko has also focused on serviceability, providing one-side service access and oil change intervals at 500 hours, thus reducing operational costs. Further customization is available, with options for flywheels, oil pans, and other components. This engine represents Rehlko’s dedication to providing powerful, adaptable, and environmentally conscious engine solutions.
Xtreme Conditions Oil: Next-Level Protection and Efficiency
Rehlko introduces Xtreme Conditions Oil, a specially formulated engine oil designed to overcome the limitations of traditional lubricants. This oil ensures superior protection, improved efficiency, and extended engine life, making it the ideal choice for extreme operating conditions.
Xtreme Conditions Oil significantly enhances engine longevity and reduces maintenance costs by preventing corrosion, reducing friction and wear, and maintaining viscosity stability. It is engineered as a low SAPS oil, ensuring optimal performance of aftertreatment systems such as DPF and Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR), maintaining emissions compliance. Optimized High Temperature/High Shear (HT-HS) parameters contribute to improved fuel economy, lowering operational costs while maintaining engine protection over the most challenging duty cycles.
Designed for superior cold start performance, Xtreme Conditions Oil is available in 10W-40 and 5W-40 for the North American market only, featuring low Cold Cranking Simulator (CCS) and a low pour point to ensure smooth startups in cold conditions. Thermal stability and oxidation resistance are enhanced with advanced antioxidants, preventing harmful deposits and extending engine cleanliness. Detergent and dispersant additives further ensure engine cleanliness by preventing the buildup of soot, sludge, and carbon deposits, maintaining optimal engine performance.
Xtended Life Formula Coolant: Maximum Engine Protection
Xtended Life Formula Coolant is a premium cooling solution engineered to enhance engine performance and durability. This coolant, formulated with the most advanced organic acid technology, provides exceptional freeze and corrosion protection through its specially formulated inhibitors and antifreeze additives, ensuring long-term durability. It is chemically compatible with engine components, preventing unwanted reactions that could damage the cooling system.
This advanced Rehlko formulation optimizes cooling system efficiency by maintaining the engine at ideal operating temperatures, reducing failure risks. It is designed to regulate temperature effectively, preventing overheating in extreme heat and freezing in severe cold conditions.
As Bauma 2025 begins, Rehlko remains committed to delivering cutting-edge engine solutions that optimize performance, reduce emissions, and enhance reliability. Visit Booth 225 – Hall A4 today and throughout the week to explore our latest innovations firsthand.
