Ritchie Bros. Las Vegas auction yard
Ritchie Bros. has operated its Las Vegas auction yard since 2012. The approximately 100-acre facility includes a 33,000-square-foot main building and a refurbishment center and supports both in-person and online auctions for heavy equipment, trucks and other commercial assets.
GovPlanet North Las Vegas facility
GovPlanet, a leading online marketplace for surplus government and military assets, has operated a logistics and processing center in North Las Vegas since 2018. GovPlanet works with local, state and federal agencies, including the United States Department of Defense, to remarket surplus rolling stock and other assets. The site receives freight from Defense Logistics Agency locations, including Nellis Air Force Base in southern Nevada.
IAA operations across Nevada
IAA operates multiple facilities in Nevada, with the IAA Las Vegas branch that covers approximately 40 acres, including the branch office and title service center. The IAA Las Vegas branch also processes vehicles remarketed on behalf of the U.S. General Services Administration and includes public vehicle sales.
